I was wondering what the community's experience is with hiring a dedicated Ironclad resource versus using a third-party provider as well as what the approximate cost is for each option. I'd also like to hear your recommendations.
We implemented Ironclad ~ 2 years ago, and it's been great but our team is lean and we don't have any dedicated resources maintaining Ironclad. We have a decent footprint with 13 workflows, SFDC/Coupa integrations, and IC processes ~3000 contracts a year.
