Our company's executive couldn't sign some contracts the other day. This was his message:
" I signed a few of these but some won’t let me sign. I get the message that the “The signature packet can’t be displayed”. I’ve also gone directly into IronClad and attempted to retrieve and sign there – with no luck. "
Has anyone had this error appear when a signature was being attempted? How did you resolve it?
I tried to cancel the signing process and resend to everyone, but that didn't help.
