Hi folks,
What best practices are you using to ensure negotiated obligations in contracts (e.g., customer can opt-out by a certain date; company must do x non-standard obligation on an annual basis) do not fall through the cracks? It seems that it is possible to pull them out as metadata through the archiving process, but tying a date to those obligations in Ironclad (or assigning those obligations to a specific person) is something I haven't figured out without using secondary tools. If anyone is happy with their current process, please let me know!
