Hi, we are encountering an issue that Ironclad suggests can only be addressed by having the signature coordinator manually correct the tags. Has anyone found an automated solution to this issue?
- Signature packet is sent to signers A and B
- Signer B reassigns to Signer C
- When Signer C receives document, it still says Signer B’s name on it
- Signer C’s name can be corrected from within the workflow, but it does not change dynamically – is this expected behavior?
