Product request for Admin users: It would be great if Admins could have an alias "Everyone" user ID to test sensitive type workflows (e.g., HR and Confidential type contracts) in Sandbox testing. This would allow the fake "Everyone" user (Admin's alias) to confirm that these sensitive workflows are not visible nor accessible to the general "Everyone" group.
I'm never 100% sure if the dashboard and repository for these sensitive workflows are 100% secure since there is no way to test unless I ask a non-Admin user to participate in Sandbox, which is not ideal since I'd rather they not see the workflow's content either.
Also, some features are not testable in Sandbox (e.g., Email Renewal Notifications). I wanted to try some different attributes for these outgoing messages in the past but these can't be tested in Sandbox, hence, an Admin alias ID would have been a great tool for that test instead of sending test emails to a non-Admin user.
I believe another user requested this feature recently during a live IC meeting?
