Hi Ironclad Users,
When running some reports, I noticed that governing law wasn't being aggregating (i.e. California v. STATE OF CALIFORNIA). I exported ALL metadata and did a bulk metadata update to make the governing law consistent. The reports are pulling more accurate numbers but I still see inconsistent nomenclature even after the bulk update. I did another metadata export to see what records they were but when I pull the metadata, it's showing the changes? Can someone help me understand where else Ironclad could be pulling the data and why the metadata export is different than the insights report?
