Ad- hoc approvals

Hi!

Is there an option to never reset an approval given by an ad hoc approver, added only in a specific workflow?

I'm having these approvals automatically reseted every time a new version of a document is saved.

I've set all the pre-determined approvals to never reset, but it doesn't seem to solve the problem.

Any suggestions?
