Hi!
I have a Public Workflow workflow for Reseller Partners to request a "Letter of Authorization" to show customers, et al. This requires review and approval, but does not need to be signed as it is pre-signed, and therefore skips the sign step. However, I want to populate the date it was Approved on the document.
The default properties, Agreement Date nor Signing Date do not work as it is not signed. And we do not want to use "Workflow Launch Date" as approvals may occur on a subsequent day.
I see that one of the default workflow properties is "Workflow Review Step Completed Date" but this is not available to add as a property in the document nor available to use in formulas.
Has anyone encountered this (or similar) use case and have ideas?
