Hi all,
Here's the situation:
We are beginning to subcontract professional services. I have set up a Subcontractor Agreement + SOW workflow. When a new Subcontractor Agreement kicks off (new master agreement -- so new relationship), I am going to have it kick off a Counterparty Form that contains a bunch of diligence questions for the subcontractor to answer.
A few questions - trying to figure out if I am pushing the bounds of what Ironclad can do, or if any of your brilliant minds have found a workaround:
- Counterparty Form gets triggered. While I can cc the workflow owner. There's no option for it to cc, for example, my IT team. I want it to trigger a ticket for them so they know to be tracking this diligence request. The diligence questions are more of a security questionnaire. Anyone figured out how to do this? Or feature request?
- Is there any way for the counterparty and internal forms to be sent simultaneously rather that sequentially? I have 4 forms, all of which are not dependent on each other, so it would be good to send at the same time to hasten the process.
Appreciate everyone's thoughts!
