Hi Team, it seems the only filter available by default in the Repository is Record Type. Our suggestion is to add "Counterparty Name" as an additional filter by default.

We understand filters can be added or removed, but this is not immediately obvious to the average user, and our users default to using the search bar, which can sometimes yield an overwhelming number of results.
There are workarounds, like using quotation marks around search terms, but this is also not immediately obvious and requires coaching. Our thought is having the Counterparty Name filter visible by default may help make searches quicker and more focused.
Happy to privately share screenshots from our sample use case from earlier today, and apologies if I'm missing the admin setting where admins define which filters are visible for all Repository licensees.
