Hi all, I've posted previously about how it would be great to cancel Ironclad Workflows from Salesforce, but we have a use-case for a bidirectional sync with Salesforce with respect to the Repository.
We understand we can use the Record Sync to map data to Salesforce, but it would be great to map data from Salesforce to update the Repository. For example, we record an Agreement Expiration Date at the Archive step, but if the agreement auto-renews, the recorded Agreement Expiration Date in Ironclad is no longer accurate, but the next Agreement Expiration Date may be found in a system like Salesforce thanks to automation.
