When sending out certain agreements (i.e. amendments, SOWs) directly from Ironclad that are pursuant to a parent agreement where the parent agreement has been linked or otherwise uploaded to the in progress workflow, there seems to be a disconnect in the system which is prohibiting our ability to attach the linked parent agreement to the email. The workflow has an 'Add Document or Redlines' button when preparing the email to send out which contain a dropdown of available documents to attach along with the draft associated with that workflow, but I've rarelt seen the linked/uploaded parent/related agreement in that dropdown. This requires me to send the email outside of Ironclad and CC the workflow email address in order to include the relevant attachments.
I've checked the workflow designer and cannot discern where I can enable/change this feature, but have worked on a few workflows where I am able to attach the parent agreement that was linked, so I know it is possible.
Wondering if others have run into this issue or have resolved it on their own.
