Cannot get Microsoft Table to have no lines when no condition is meet

Hi all,

I am working on a table of conditions where based on the project category selected X language gets added. I created a Microsoft table and cannot get the extra lines, which do not show in Word, to get out of the workflow.

I cannot go live until this is fixed 😞 Any ideas?
