I am looking for a way to add a new question to a workflow that doesn't tag to a specific field. As in, I would like to add a Yes/No question that asks whether a vendor is going to be on-site at one of our facilities. I can add the question to the workflow in workflow designer but the system gives me an error message that the question isn't tagged to a specific field. I'm not certain where I am going wrong since the question wouldn't have a field in the document but we still want it asked as part of the workflow. Am I able to ask this question if it doesn't correspond to any specific field in the document?
