Hi folks,
We are in the process of making our procurement process more automated and scalable using Ironclad and, ideally, the Coupa integration. I am primarily looking for feedback / tips from anyone already using the Coupa integration in their procurement process (e.g., ease of configuring, any change management issues, do you have users start the workflow in Ironclad or Coupa?).
However, if you are using Ironclad and Coupa separately, I'd also ove any feedback on how you manage the process and why you decided not to set up the integration (assuming there are reasons besides its cost). Similarly, if your procurement process leverages Coupa but the contracting process does not exist in Ironclad, I'd love to hear about what you're doing instead.
Thanks in advance!
