What is the best way to utilize Ironclad Insights to run a true report of the time it takes from the workflow kickoff to execution on our paper vs. a customer's paper? I added a field in the intake form to verify whether the paper is our paper or counterparty paper. Our workflow configurations always start on our paper, however, sometimes counterparty paper ends up being utilized instead. I ran a report based on the repository metadata for the intake field I added, however, I am concerned with the accuracy of the report.
