Honestly, I'm super bummed to hear that Ironclad is going to be retiring Ironclad Connect! Reading the release notes, we won't be able to invite a Counterparty to collaborate in the Ironclad workflow directly, so if we comment on the workflow itself, they won't receive a notification/that information. Instead, we will need to communicate with them via email using the workflow's unique email address. It's definitely going to be a more manual process, which is unfortunate as it reduces efficiency quite a bit.
It's also going to be pretty confusing and hard to keep track of documents if every time you email a document and include the workflow as a CC, it adds another potential version of the document in the workflow activity feed to upload as a record of what was sent to the other party.
I wish this was optional since Ironclad Connect is one of our most utilized features...
