Hello I am trying to section off the Workflow by two users/groups prior to submitting for legal/procurement approvals. For example, the Workflow owner fills in their information along with third-party contract which needs to go to another department for additional information.
I created a condition to add the remaining questions for the 2nd user to answer, but I cannot figure out how to:
1) add the 2nd department or user to the workflow while in flight or
2) submit the first half of the workflow and route it to the 2nd user for their input
after either of these two ways of gathering all the information have been completed, it would then be routed to group 3 - Legal / Procurement Department for final approval to sign.
I keep finding pieces parts of the process from community users but not the entire concept. Help?
