Almost all contracts are going to have a pricing schedule. Sometimes those schedules can be hundreds of pages long. Converting to .pdf is clunky and inefficient. Allow .xls attachments to contract documents. Even if they are un-editable, we can download make changes and re-upload. IC can add edit or convert functionality at a later date. Right now I just want to be able to include them.
