Hi all - We currently integrate DocuSign as our e-sig provider in Ironclad. In our DocuSign account, we have automated reminders set up to start reminding signers to sign if they haven't signed after X days on having the document. However, we are not having luck with these automatic reminders firing for envelopes that originate in Ironclad.
Is it expected behavior with this integration that any automated notification structure set up in DocuSign will not work on envelopes coming from Ironclad, and the only way for reminder notifications to go to signers is if someone manually reminds a signer from a particular workflow?
