Trying to work through a fairly complex workflow to account for various data privacy attachments, where information may be needed from the counterparty. The launch form completed by the business requester first kicks off an internal form for the Legal reviewer to select the correct attachments since the logic to do it automatically was just too messy. They then have the option to send a counterparty form out if there is additional information needed, and if they select yes it triggers sending out the form.
Running into a few issues and hoping someone has done something creative in this area.
- If I select yes, the draft doesn't get created until the counterparty form is completed but I'd prefer to have the draft generated without waiting for the counterparty to respond if possible.
- If I select no, but later change it to yes in the edit info section it doesn't send the form at all.
Would love a better trigger that doesn't create the two scenario's above, but not sure what would be a better solution. A fall back option is to send an e-mail asking for the information, but then the response wouldn't be able to be captured as metadata and also can't be used for tagging our templates.
Appreciate any suggestions anyone may have for this. Thanks!
