Hi Community:
Does anyone have Ironclad configured that a Workflow Owner/Owner may submit a Workflow, and, depending on which Department that the Owner selected, then the certain Reviewer Attorney is notified/assigned to the workflow?
Currently, I'm the gatekeeper: I review every workflow and either work on the contract myself or escalate to the attorney who reviews that certain department's contract; however, my last day is Friday, and there is no one to replace me, so I'm keen to re-configure Ironclad that submitted workflows notify the Department Owner (custom Property/Field) attorney.
I've asked Ironclad if such a feature exists or if there is a way to configure, but the answer is that I need to reassign my role to another user. No such user exists. And of the attorney pool, none want to receive all the notifications of a workflow submitted/be assigned all workflows by default.
My workaround is to teach the attorneys to add Department Owner to their Dashboard and go into Ironclad Dashboard each morning to check what workflows submitted are for their department.
Ideas welcomed, please!
