Creating conditional triggers to create default signers

Hello!

Is there a way to create conditional triggers such as this?

E.g. If 'Contract Type' = ISP, and is over $400K then default approver = Joe Bloggs.

I can't seem to create a condition that will assign a default approver if it is over a certain value. Is it possible to create this in IC?
