I just started at Demostack as VP Finance & I own Legal (& Ironclad)
Big fan of Ironclad, implemented it as a OG back in 2018 & 2019 - and excited to see all of the new features (Workflow designer, formulas, etc.)
I have some cleanup work to get all of our contracts loaded up into Ironclad (about half are already) and make sure we get the metadata fully filled out to be most helpful when pulling reports. We have ~100 contracts (MNDA, MSA/Orders, Employment agreement, 3rd party procurement, etc.)
Also someone to help us make our workflows extremely efficient. I’m doing an OK job at them but could use an expert eye to make them better for my team.
I don’t think I need a full time Legal Ops - but looking for an independent contractor to bring on to do some heavy lifting for a few weeks.
Do you know of anyone or a firm that knows Ironclad really well? Does Ironclad have this service?
