SF/IC integration - mapping Ironclad Workflow Link and Contract Request link to Contract Object

To everyone using the Salesforce Ironclad Integration -

I've noticed the Salesforce Contract Object would auto populate the Contract Request Link and Ironclad Workflow Link fields, but no longer populate.

Does anyone know how to map these fields manually? I can pull up the Contract Request Link SF Field, but do not know what the field name in Ironclad is that I would map to.

The Ironclad Workflow Link myself & my Salesforce IT can not find how to allow it be 'mappable' in SF, and then I do not know what the field name in Ironclad is that I would map to.

I've put in an Ironclad Support ticket request, but that takes upwards of 3 weeks for them to answer, so reaching out to our community to see if anyone has already run into this!
