We have run into a fairly major blocker in setting up order form workflows, and I'm hoping someone has a more viable solution than what was suggested by Support.
TLDR: In our existing system (powered by Conga Composer, though of course this same functionality is available in any eSig platform), we have three checkbox options related to PO preference that are selected by the customer. We were surprised to learn that there is no way to replicate this in Ironclad without having customers enter this information in a third-party form prior to signing the order form. This isn't workable for because it could significantly slow down deal execution.
Has anyone figured out a better workaround? Thank you!
