I'm wondering if anyone would be willing to share an .icb file of their MSA workflow with me, or any similarly detailed contract like a data processing agreement. I'm a very hands on person, and I prefer to examine an existing structure in order to understand how I want to structure my workflows. Primarily, I'm having trouble deciding which format each field should be, such as yes/no, vs. text, and how granular they should be. I don't know which of the following would be more functional for searchability, reporting, and overall purposes:
Example #1:
- Restriction on Hire: Yes
- Mutual Restriction on Hire: Yes
- Restriction on Hire Term: 2 years
Or example #2:
- Restriction on Hire: Yes, Mutual, 2 years.
#2 seems concise but harder to utilize as data because all of the info is in one field. Then again, I've never run a report in Ironclad because I don't have enough contracts uploaded yet.
I know a lot of this is simply up to me and my own process, but I think seeing what other people do in real life would help me understand what I want to do. I've searched most of the resources available and haven't found quite what I'm looking for.
