First time user and implementer here! 👋🏽
My company is in the process of moving our CLM process to Ironclad and I'm in charge of the implementation. This might be a really noob question but for the life of me I cannot figure it out. We are using Ironclad from Salesforce and are using Salesforce CPQ information to populate the templates. In my Order Form template I have a table that shows a subscription and its info, however it is only showing year 1 information and none of the other other years. I followed similar to what is posted in this article - https://support.ironcladapp.com/hc/en-us/articles/14563723089047-Salesforce-CPQ-Product-Mapping-Examples
I have tested this on multiple quotes and if there is more than a year of subscription, year 2 and beyond just does not show. Same issue with multiple products, it will only show one product. Basically my table only shows 1 row.
I was wondering if anybody has run into any similar problem or if you had any tips! Appreciate all the help 😀
