Is there a specific naming convention that Ironclad uses for contracts in the Repository? Currently, my organization uses our own contract name, which incorporates the type of agreement, year, and sequential contract number for the year, then the counter party name and type of agreement, followed by effective date for new agreements, not amendments. How would this differ from the Ironclad default naming nomenclature? Do users have any helpful suggestions/cusotmizations that deviate from Ironclad's default. Is there any guidance that Ironclad provides on the subject, including customizations? Any assistance would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.
