During the Archive step in certain workflows, the user is presented with a long list of data fields.
In our use case, maybe only about 4-5 of these need checking/editing by the Legal team, because most of the other data is imported from the intake process and is of no legal significance. Because of the amount of irrelevant data, it is not easy or practical to check and amend correctly. So it doesn't happen reliably and thus the data becomes useless.
My idea is to be able to identify certain fields as "Key Data Fields" which are displayed separately and prominently from the full list (perhaps in their own separate section at the end). This would make it much easier for team members to reliably check and amend data before Archiving, which can then be relied upon to trigger notifications and automations to ensure compliance.
Is there an existing workaround anyone is aware of to achieve this effect? Otherwise, is it a feature Ironclad may be able to introduce?
