Are there any users in this community who are not based in the US?
If yes, I would love to exchange what your experiences are with Ironclad. We're an Irish company focusing on the EEA market. with mostly agreements that are subject to Irish or continental European law.
I have the impression that Ironclad is very local / US focused, and that non US jurisdictions are not very much supported, e.g.:
- It is not possible to change the dates to UK/European format (31/12/24 instead of 12/31/24)
- The Smart Import success rate for civil law contracts (e.g. Spanish or German law) is very low, it seems that the AI has only been trained on US style / common-law style contracts
- Trainings and webinars are advertised with US times only, no CET or UTC times
What are the experiences of other non US users? Did you encounter similar issues? How responsive is Ironclad in addressing them? How do you address the date formatting challenge?
