I am very curious to hear from you how you are collecting and analyzing data out of Ironclad. I am interested in using data to identify bottle necks and areas for improvement, the value of the legal department, and incent people to concluded the right types of contracts.
I would like to start a detailed thread on what you and others are doing as you lead in this area.
