Hi everyone, I’m reaching out to see how others have managed the data validation process after importing existing agreements into Ironclad. After our initial implementation, Ironclad’s AI feature extracted key terms and legal clauses, but, as expected, the data accuracy isn’t flawless. We don’t have the bandwidth to use internal company resources for this. For those who have tackled similar challenges, I’d love to hear about your approach to auditing and correcting the data. Did you partner with any external vendors or consultants to verify and refine the extracted information? Any recommendations or insights on how to ensure accuracy and compliance would be greatly appreciated!
