I need to create an approval step that is triggered by certain names or text. I'm playing around with the Contains() formula but the formula is not picking up slight variances in names.
For example, if I input Contains(Counterparty Name, "Mountain View") then the trigger will only work if it is an exact match and will not detect it if it is written as "MountainView.com" or "Mountain View LLC". I tried to remove the quotations from the formula but it looks like it is a required element. Ideally I'd like the trigger to detect the name regardless of spacing or additional words.
Does anyone have ideas about how I might be able to improve the formula or how else I might be able to achieve this? I'm also going to give the AI playbook a try to see if perhaps that will work to trigger this approval step.
