I cannot find a way to include a conditional into the email fields in the custom emails. Example, we have different signature coordinators based on field selection in Ironclad. I can select a group to email to but not the actual signature coordinator for this workflow. Neither can I set up a conditional that says If IT then IT signature coordinator; if NON-IT then Non-IT signature coordinator.
Has anyone figured out a workaround for this?
