I want to create a workflow that automatically sends a form to customers during its initiation, requesting documentation and information for compliance risk issues. However, I also want the workflow to proceed without requiring the customer to complete the form immediately. This way, the workflow requester can launch the contract template and send it to the customer for review while they are still filling out their part of the form.
After testing the external launch form, I discovered that the workflow cannot proceed until the external form is completed. I would love to know if anyone has found a workaround or an alternative function that would allow us to achieve this. Thanks!
