I’ve been working with KL Discovery on cleaning up metadata in our repository to improve reporting capabilities. Currently, I’m in the process of setting up a monthly auto-renewal report for our COO, which will highlight upcoming contract renewals. While the data is being pulled, there seem to be a few minor issues that KL Discovery has indicated may be due to user error.
Would anyone with experience in generating auto-renewal reports be available for a brief Zoom call to help me review the process and ensure I’m following the correct steps? To clarify, I’m primarily seeking guidance on the reporting workflow itself. I understand that further data cleanup might be necessary, but for now, my priority is ensuring the reports are generated and delivered to the COO.
