What’s coming next week
New access controls for documents during workflows
Now, WFD admins can set separate permissions for sharing PDF documents throughout workflow stages and add document permissions during the Sign step. All document permissions can now be configured based on Workflow conditions, ensuring the right people have access at the right time.
Restricted Archive Form
Maintain data consistency with a controlled list of selectable options when editing archive forms, improving accuracy and compliance.
Leverage AI on all completed records
You can now run AI across any contract in your repository. Whether you’ve updated training samples for Custom AI Clauses or simply wish to extract data from a saved contract record, you can now easily select up to 2500 records at one time and run AI across them, and all data will be updated in a matter of minutes.
Download the Mulesoft Connector directly from Ironclad
Customers can now download Ironclad’s Mulesoft Connector directly from the platform, making it easier to integrate with 400+ applications. Learn more.
Embed Ironclad Signature
Keep signers in the flow with an embedded signing experience, reducing drop-off and speeding up completion. No more switching between emails and external link-stay inside the app you’re using.
Manage signature coordination via our API
Manage the following actions directly from third-party connections using Ironclad’s CLM API:
- Retrieve sign step status
- Send signer reminders
- Update signers and signature packets
Jurist: Key Product Updates
Our AI legal assistant, Jurist, now includes two major enhancements:
- Ironclad Repository Integration – Select, analyze, and edit contracts directly within Jurist, eliminating extra steps.
- Redline Tracking – All edits made in Jurist’s .docx native editor are now tracked as redlines, streamlining contract negotiations.
These two feature enhancements allow all Jurist users to stay in the app from start to finish, both when uploading and negotiating documents. To learn more about Jurist, please reach out to your account manager.
