PDF conversion to Word

Hi there,

We are having some technical difficulties with PDF conversions to Word not working at all or being wonky and not too usable. Any tips or tricks or work arounds that you have found? Our idea so far is if it doesn't work in Ironclad, then use a program outside Ironclad to convert the PDF and finesse the Word document, and then upload the Word separately into Ironclad. Let me know if you have other ideas!
