This morning, I manually added a list of 258 countries, nations, etc. into a dropdown question for our users, and I discovered something that might be useful to you... you can paste the questions that you've used "Copy question" in the Workflow Designer, BUT... it's a re-useable format!
So, as my gift to you and with the hopes that Ironclad will start providing stock long-list questions like this... here it is:

Copy everything in the blue text block above, click <Add question to form>, scroll down and click <Paste question>, change/add/remove any entries you want to change, select a property, and enjoy!
I'm pretty sure that you can also use this same format to create your own paste-able questions from an Excel list (such as states, provinces, etc.)!
