Does anyone know if you can obtain a signature without the workflow moving to the Archive stage? We are running into an issue where client's want us to sign and send to them, and then they want to route it internally via their own e-signature platform. Therefore, ideally we'd be able to obtain internal signature in Ironclad, download and send it to the client, and then upload the fully executed copy and Archive it. I've tried routing it, putting myself as the counterparty signer, and downloading it to send to the client, but for some reason the signature does not show up this way. So, in order to obtain only internal signature, we are having to route it via Adobe Sign and then upload the fully executed copy to Ironclad to move to the Archive stage, but we'd prefer to keep it all in Ironclad.
