Is it possible to set the value of a property on a workflow when an approval is granted?
Our use case - we're running the Coupa<>Ironclad integration to import Requisition data into the workflow, but the approvers don't want to actually work on the workflow until after the Coupa>Ironclad "Procurement" robo-approver approves the workflow.
So... if we could set up either a Property on the workflow (with conditions/formula, etc.) that would indicate that the robo-approver has marked the step approved OR if we could set a filter in the Dashboard that would allow filtering on that specific approval being done, then the approvers could use that filter as their work queue.
We've kludged together a very dirty solution of a View that filters on "Number of Approvers = 1," but that could lead to false starts in a few narrow cases where another approver has an early look for some reason.
Has anyone else had reason to do something similar and figured out a great solution?
