Current Workflow Email Limitation
Currently, when emails are sent to the workflow reply address or replied to with the workflow reply address in the TO or CC field, the email is successfully added to the activity feed, which is great.
However, the email transmission data is redacted, making it difficult to track the intended recipient(s) of the email and the email addresses of those that the email was directed to.
Example:
Even clicking "View full email thread" doesn't provide additional recipient information.
Requested Feature Enhancement
To improve our workflow tracking, we'd like to request a feature enhancement to include recipient transmission data in the activity feed. This would greatly assist our team in easily seeing who received or did not receive the email (other than the workflow reply email address).
If anyone has a workaround or solution in the meantime, I'm all ears!
