Ironclad Signature: Internal only? Also no signer order parallel/stacking.

I'd like to be able to switch off our AdobeSign but there are still some use cases/missing features that mean I can't switch to Ironclad.

Internal Documents

Ironclad Signature currently requires a counterparty. This means I can't really use it for things like resolutions or minutes without it messing up the metadata or having redundant counterparty data.

Parallel Signatures

AdobeSign lets you run a "Sign in order" process, but level the signatures. I can't see a way to do this on IS. E.g.::

Signature 1 - Person A
then packet sent to
Signatures 2-5 - Persons B-E - who can all sign at the same time
then packet sent to me to add dates.

Would be good to add the above.

Also to bump this back up - is there no way for a counterparty to delegate to another signer?
