Hi all - sharing a two-prong question / product idea tied to ensuring users launch the correct workflow.
With some frequency, we see users launching the wrong workflow in Ironclad. Because our workflows have different XFN needs based on design, we often have them cancel and submit the right one. As you can imagine, this leads to a negative user experience right at the beginning of the process. We've done all the low-hanging fruit things to try combatting this -- e.g., adding descriptions on each launch form about what it's for and when to be using it, adding descriptions to our guides, working with folks 1:1 -- yet still often come up short on getting people to submit the right one. How have others successfully dealt with this?
In terms of product enhancements, what would be super helpful is for users (even admins would be helpful) to have the ability to convert a launched workflow to the "right" one when applicable. Our other non-contract intake tool has this feature and it's amazing. You just click a matter button to convert, select where it should go instead, and all relevant data pre-populates over to the right matter. This would eliminate the churn of us having to redirect someone to submit the workflow over again using the correct form. Curious if something like this would help others / resonates with anyone.
Appreciate any thoughts folks have on this topic!
