Are you passionate about combining legal knowledge with technology to solve complex business challenges? As a Legal Engineer, Technical Services at LegalEng Consulting Group, you’ll play a pivotal role in helping clients implement and optimize their contract management processes. You’ll work closely with customers to understand their unique needs, guide them through the onboarding process, and act as a strategic partner for our clients to maximize their investment in Ironclad.
What You’ll Do
- Manage multiple client projects (10-15) concurrently, coordinating efforts across teams to deliver seamless and timely implementations.
- Advise customers on Ironclad best practices, helping them leverage data, reporting, and automated alerts to streamline their contract lifecycle.
- Customize and configure contract workflows within Ironclad to align with each client’s specific processes, or empower clients to self-manage their setup.
- Navigate conversations with clients to align goals, address concerns, and provide thoughtful guidance on prioritizing features and timelines.
- Keep yourself informed about the latest Ironclad capabilities and updates to provide expert advice.
- Continuously seek ways to improve our implementation methodology for better efficiency and client satisfaction.
- Handle urgent client issues with professionalism, aiming to maintain confidence and strong relationships.
What You Bring
- At least 2 years’ experience working in SaaS professional services, consulting, or a related field—experience with software integrations is a plus.
- A strong interest in technology and a drive to apply technical solutions to business problems.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build trust, manage expectations, and resolve escalations effectively.
- Experience working with diverse teams across Legal, Sales, Procurement, and IT departments to understand organizational priorities.
- A natural curiosity to deeply understand client goals and challenges.
- Expert technical proficiency in the Ironclad CLM platform.
- Flexibility and eagerness to grow and adapt in a fast-paced startup environment.
