Idea: Document Preview at the create stage

Use Case: Be able to see the documents being created while the workflow owner/creator is answering the questions. Just like we have in the Workflow designer.

Often times the creator makes a small mistake in a question & they are forced to edit & redline the document. If they could see the document in real-time they can edit the answer to the question instead of editing the document.

This will help with data integrity on the Metadata as well.

Also, it will help with not breaking the known issue of breaking signature tags on Multi-doc workflows

@David_Wieseneck We've integrated with Salesforce and locked down certain fields, so when there are small mistakes, they need to be fixed in Salesforce, and the AE or CSM has to start over (I cannot get any of my workflows to update using the "update from Salesforce button" -- has NEVER worked for us).

I like this idea, but I also have a feeling that your contract creators are more detail-oriented than mine and would look at the preview....

I have discussed with @James_Honsa the idea of being able to live document while editing the fields. It's a feature which other vendors have, so it would be nice to have.
