Ability to expand turn tracking

We'd love to expand the current turn tracking capabilities so that in a workflow a user is not limited to just turning the "turn" to the counterparty, but also to internal stakeholders (such as the workflow owner, or if a workflow is pending with an internal approver).

This would be a HUGE improvement to turn tracking. Right now my team is pausing WFs when waiting on other internal parties so our turn tracking stats aren't impacted. Would be great to get more granular.

I am surprised this improvement has not yet been implemented, as tracking KPIs across legal teams seems to be a crucial function.

You may find some use in the exported data from Ironclad, such as manually looking at approval times per workflow. It can provide some insight, but it is not up to the level that most of us would like.

I have separated this by record type and department to find trends in upticks in approval times and help determine if an ironclad refresher for that department is needed.

Agree, this would definitely be an improvement. We're mainly using a legal intake workflow, and we empower the Workflow Owner to take back docs to their contact at the CP. Whether a doc is with our company or the CP is not really the question; instead our attorneys want to know if it's with the WO and if so for how long.
