Hi all- I'm looking to update my standard workflow for amendments to give our CS teams an option to process amendments that do not require signature. I think what I can do is to just set an email to go to the merchant/customer notice email when the approvals are done via email configuration but one issue is that there is no way to get notices if an email bounces (thus making the amendment/notice not valid). I know you can look at the record to see if it was opened but manually reviewing that before archiving would be a bit of an administrative burden.
Curious is anyone has come up with a good process for automating the send of amendments that do not require signature? Would love to hear from you!
