Has anyone set up a "landing page" for contracting? I'm thinking like a Sharepoint site, or TEAMS page that would have like five blocks. One with a link for new vendors with instructions and the new vendor form and an opportunity to upload a W-9 (Purchasing), one for kicking off third party contracts (Ironclad), one for templated contracts (Ironclad), one to A/P, and one to a contracting knowledgebase. Our process is all over the place, scattered through different departments, and absent a complete departmental realignment, I feel we need a central contracting landing point.
I haven't thought this all the way through yet, but we really need something that everyone has access to, with specific instructions on how to proceed through the entire contracting process. Legal (me) is taking on all of this, when really, many aspects of the contracting process should be directed elsewhere.
Thoughts?
